"Not really a spinach, but tastes as good or better.
Grows in hot weather...does not bolt.
Picking it stimulates new growth.
Prolific and hardy...a perennial in warmer climes.
Loaded with Vitamin C.
Eat it fresh in salads, or steamed, especially good sauteed in olive oil with garlic (served on pasta with grated parmesan)."
