"Every year I have grown these dahlias, and they have never failed me. Great germination rate, superior growth, excellent tubers at the end of the season. I have never had a complaint. They even thrive in thick clay soil, and in a bed right next to the driveway, where it can reach around 105 midday because of the blacktop."

"I usually grow Dahlias from roots, and this was my first try from seed in several years. They have not bloomed as of this writing, so I can't speak to that but I only got 4 plants from the whole packet of seed. Others like this mixture (based on their reviews), so perhaps better growers than I do better with this mix. My advice is to experiment with this mix (always fun in gardening), and the seed is cheap enough, but if you want dahlias, buy some roots as well."

"Great bedding and container plant. Fast to germinate with hardy seedlings, transplants well. Spectacular performer in the the flower shape and colors. Good cutting flower as well. Easy care throughout the growing season."
