"Very hot fruits 5 in. long and 1/2 in. thick. Use fresh or easily dried for winter use. Harvest starts about 75 days after plants are set out. CAUTION: Use rubber gloves, or clean hot peppers under running water, to avoid skin burn from the pepper juice.

"What a producer!! I started these indoors and wow did they take off. I was a little worried at first because the peppers look so small at first. Then after a good rain, wow they grew! The only hard thing about these was being able to pick the peppers. They grew so fast, and so plentiful. We like to have them in a jar, with vinegar, after awhile pour the vinegar on some collard greens...mmmm so good."

"I truly love these cayenne plants! I have two plants that are just loaded with fruit! I do not always get as many sunlight hours as peppers truly require but have had nothing but great results with these peppers. They grow quickly and respond nicely to the sea magic fertilizer. I can go and find a beautiful ripe red cayenne at almost any time due to how prolific my plants are. The peppers dry beautifully if left on the plant until almost completely dry and papery. I use them fresh mainly and they add a lovely kick to thai dishes when thai peppers are not available. They are pretty hot, but just one pepper in a dish isn't overwhelming or inedible to a person with a sensitive stomach like myself. These cayenne are great and I cannot say enough good things about them! I'm planing on drying several to make hot chili flakes to cook with year round!"

"Another great pepper! Peppers, for anyone shy of gardneing, are the easiest vegetable plant to grow because they are so hardy. Of all the peppers I grew (I grew these, the Biker Billy Jalapenos and the Habaneros), these were the first to yield peppers and it was very early on. And I grew these in a long, deep container! Over 100 peppers from 4 plants. Imagine how many you'll get in the garden! In a container in a greenhouse, these plants were pest FREE. You'll need to support them at first, but the peppers are excellent. We put them right in the freezer, ready for when we need them :)"
