TOO Many seeds don't sprout!, May 3, 2009

"This is the second time I purchased this product. The first time almost all the seeds spouted and the quality of the final output was outstanding. At $4.95 for one hundred seeds I expect MOST of the seeds to spout!.Burpee used to guarantee the seeds, I can not find it it printed catalog or the web?"
