"Plants yield early and need no support. One packet has 2 oz. of seed unless noted, and will sow a row of about 20'; one pound sows about 160'. Our seed is not treated. La France.ß56 days. Most filet-type green beans must be harvested early and often, or they become stringy. Not this one. It stays perfect until reaching its full size. Go ahead and pick it young, but if you miss a day or two (or just prefer a more mature bean), it will still be delicious. Burpee Exclusive. Sun."

Plant, Ignore, Pick!,

"I love tender, skinny, haricort verde, but they're so expensive in the store. These were great. I let my three year old sow them. He used the dump-and-dig method. They grew terrifically, and we did nothing but water them before picking. They were terrific."

"THE PLANTS DID WONDERFUL HERE IN SAN LEANDRO, CA. WE ARE IN ZONE 10 AND THEY GREW LARGE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE BIRDS. THEY LOVED THE PLANTS AND STRIPPED THE LEAVES WHEN THEY WERE LITTLE."
