Impatiens Stardust Series - Stardust Mix - 1 Pkt. (35 seeds)

"We weren't able to take our eyes off this stunning bicolor impatiens. Its primary colors are pink, salmon, cherry, rose and violet. The center of each blossom is strongly painted with a pure white that is also dusted onto the deeply pigmented edges. The breeder who made it is a true artist. A bed or large planter of these plants will take your breath away. Height 8-10"". Space 10-12"" apart. Burpee Exclusive. Grows best in shade to partial Shade. Start indoors 6 to 10 weeks before last frost. Cannot ship plants to Hi or Ak."

best impatiens ever, November 18, 2008
Submitted by jjjj from NJ
"I have grow countless numbers of impatiens, and my all time favorite variety is stardust. They are top performers in every category. They have the best germination rate of any impatiens I have ever grown; they are the most vigorous growers I have ever seen, and there flowers are the best looking. They even tolerate the late summer nights that dip into the high 30's, however like any impatiens they can not survive a frost. They are as close as you can get to perfect."

"These impatiens are very bright in the shade. I had no problems growing these indoors to transplant size."
