Something for Everyone, August 6, 2009

"I ordered this collection because I wanted a true variety, and I could not be much happier with the results. The plants arrived healthy and took off as soon as they were planted--you could almost see them growing if you spent a few minutes of focused observation.

We have enjoyed each of the tomato types, as have our neighbors and other friends, since the overall production can overwhelm one family at times. This is an ideal mix of slicers, romas, and cherry tomatoes, so you can use virtually any tomato recipe in the book and go no farther than your own garden to get the main ingredient.

Strong, tall cages for these plants are a must. My only other observation is that the "early producer," the 4th of July, has been my last of the nine to produce--its first fruit was on the fourth of August."

WOW, October 13, 2007

"What a variety! I was thrilled to be able to try the different types of tomatoes that you can't find in your local garden shop. The plants were delivered right on time for my zone, they were healthy, grew amazingly fast once in the ground, and yielded beautiful, tasty, store qualtiy tomatoes...the variety gave me a chance to decide which plants I'll go with next year. We have a very small area, and I did plant the cherry tomatoes in large containers, but they still yeilded an over abundance of fruit...thanks for exceptional products, and I'll be placing my order early this year.."

"We really liked this selection last year. There were some early, some late, some favorites and some we now wouldn't live without! A nice variety of shapes, sizes and flavors. I would not have gone out of my way to try some of these plants, particularly the yellow tomatoes, but they ended up being my favorites! My only quibble was that I didn't get much from Brandy Boy, but then I never get many from Brandywine either so maybe it's me. The plants were all healthy, took off quickly and were quick to bear. The variety made for some beautiful bowls of tomatoes. Last year I thought it was crazy to spend that much on tomato plants, but I'm ordering again this year!!"

"The plants arrived at the perfect time for my zone in great condition.
They were big enough but not leggy and once set in the ground have grown with an amazing vigor.
Several of these types i've wanted to try for years but the local greenhouse never has them as starts and I don't have a good space to start my own.
This worked out PERFECTLY."
