AWESOME, March 20, 2008
Submitted by gttod from Columbus
"These are the best peppers I have ever grown!! Not only are thet very productive but the taste is out of this world!!! They are most excellent when you bake them in the oven!!!
How to:
Chop up as many peppers as you like. Chop up as much garlic as you like. Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Salt and pepper. Mix it all together. line a pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. They are great in salads, tacos, meat....EVERYTHING!!!"

"These peppers grew very well, but took forever to turn red and once they did, they did not have any flavor!! Just a warning to those who may be planning to buy these seeds."

"This is a fantastic pepper!!! I like to eat them raw or cook with them. I use red ripe Mariachi peppers instead of sweet bell peppers to make pepper steak and it transforms the dish into something magically tangy and spicy. Cut them up fresh for omellettes or any thing else you may want to spice up a bit. I can see hundreds of uses for these peppers in cooking.

When ripe they have the sweet fruitiness of a ripe bell pepper with a good dash of heat thrown in. Incredible!!!!

They are very productive and bear consistantly all season. The best hot pepper for all purpose use I have ever tried."

"I found this to be a very useful pepper for many different reasons, my wife is a chef and has used this pepper for many dishes. Being a pepper head myself I have experimented with this and love, not only the taste, but it grows extremely well with great production."
