Family Favorite
Reviewed On:March 10, 2010
"This corn has been a favorite in our family for several years. We happened onto it by chance, but now its all we plant! The flavor is so sweet and the kernels are perfectly tender. We've found the flavor is best in the smaller ears, as they get larger they aren't quite as sweet. All the same, we would definitely recommend!"

A great bi-color sweet corn!
Reviewed On:August 27, 2009
"I was very pleased with the performance of this sweetcorn. Germination was excellent, and the taste was awesome. Very sweet and tender! My only complaint is that the plants and ears were not as large as expected. I do not blame the variety however as my garden is a new one and does need to be amended. Also, this planting season was extremely bad. I will definetly plant this one again next year. Highly recommended!"

Awesome Flavor
Reviewed On:August 9, 2008
"This corn is so sweet, we felt like we had found the perfect variety. Had good germination too. Next year we will plant much more of this one! I put it in our wish list so I wouldn't forget for next spring."

I will not be able to buy supermarket corn again
Reviewed On:August 5, 2008
"This was the 1st time I was able to grow corn in my garden. Years ago I tried, but high wind from a thunderstorm knocked all of the plants over. This year I made my own self watering containers and I planted Ambrosia Hybrid in one of them. I put a pot of water on the stove and went outside to pick 2 ears of corn. I pulled off the husk and put the ears in the water and cooked them for 5 minutes. I couldn't believe how great it tasted. I have stopped at farm roadside stands that said the corn that they were selling was fresh, but no corn ever came close to tasting as good as this. Thank you Burpee. Next year I will plant this again."
