Coleus, Picture Perfect Rose

Huge, tricolored leaves are luminous and light green around a marbled ruby and rose-toned center. Dramatic, high contrast effects in beds and tubs.

Vigorous, beautiful, big
Reviewed On: September 4, 2006
"I planted 3 each of these Picture Perfect Rose and the similar Picture Perfect Red coleus plants this past spring along the front of the house to fill in around the perennials, shrubs, and annual flowers. They quickly grew to the advertised size & provide wonderful colors, are VERY dense/full, and are very vigorous and low maintenance. What a great addition! Their size makes them somewhat unusual compared to the more usual coleus you see around here & they really look wonderful combined with the big bright marigolds (from seed) and beautiful lisianthus (purchased plants) that I also ordered from Burpee. I'll definitely use these again. Here in Vermont, my neighbors' gardens are all past their prime (it's early September now), but my front "english cottage"-style garden still looks fantastic & these coleus are bigger and brighter than ever. Highly recommended."

beautiful leaves
Reviewed On: September 5, 2007
"Beautiful and very colorful. Has stood up pretty well to a very hot, very dry summer for zone 7. They are smaller than advertised, but I think that's from the drought. Mine only got to be about 24-30" tall. The leaves are quite large, though."
