"We like arugula so much, I have it in pots by the back door so we can easily pick it to add to sandwiches. Also excellent mixed in a lettuce salad. It does get quite peppery and rank when the weather is hot. Germinates very easily."

"Normally I plant seedlings. This year I tried starting from seed and could not be happier with the results. I used two different methods.For the first , I bought two big pots and threw a handfull of seeds into each one.I had many sprouts but they were overcrowded.They grew so big that I used them ornamentally. Wow! great Zucchini!

"We love this zucchini! We have grown it for 3 years now and it has never failed to produce massive amounts of delicious zucchini. It keeps well and doesn't turn to mush when cooked. The plants are extremely healthy and produce more than you can eat in full sun. The blossoms are huge and the neighbors have stopped by to ask what we are growing. We have kept the neighborhood well-supplied with zucchini. I highly recommend this zucchini!"

"I love this flower. I bought 3 of them last Spring, and by this Spring they had more than doubled in size, in fact one of them has probly grown 4 - 5x its original size. I did not know about removing the dead blooms, but I am going to this year, because I want to have them in my house. This Spring I bought Coreopsis -- Early Sunrise to plant with them, since they have the same sun and water requirements. I am hoping they will look as pretty together as I think they will."

"Fantastic zinnia plant, but the description's a bit off. 2.5 feet tall? No way. Mine were almost 6 feet high, growing in 75% sun, 25% shade. Prepare to stake them with something much more rugged than the silly twigs they sell in stores as "plant stakes". A 4x4 inch post is more like it. Or, grow against a fence."

"These plants made it through Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Rita and the unbearably hot weather that followed. Most notibly after the hurricanes here in Louisiana we had 96-100 degreee weather and no rain for weeks. We were asked to conserve water so no sprinklers.
