Yes, it's a gorgeous little bush studded all over with shiny red-orange rockets - too pretty to hide away among rows of vegetables. But it's very tasty too, with a hint of heat. The 3" fruit are sweet and delicious, either pickled or on salad platters. Height 18". Harvest about 70 days after plants are set out in the garden. Grows best in full sun.
The flavor is equal to my two other favorites, Big Beef and Super Tasty. The plants are about 5-6 feet tall and prolific. As the name implies, the fruit is ripe when pink, not red. Burpee touts the fruit as 8-10 oz, but I'd say it's more like 6 oz, on the smaller end of "medium sized" tomatoes. Size matters little, however, as long as the fruit is good, which this one is."
Home gardeners should love this bicolor corn since it was bred specifically for them. It has an extended harvest time, a great sugar-enhanced taste and it doesn't need to be isolated from other sweet corn varieties. It's as pretty on the table as it is on the stalk with a nice mix of white and yellow kernels. Ears measure 8½" long with 14-18 rows each. Height 6½ ft. Ready to harvest in 72 days. GARDEN HINTS: Plant corn in blocks, at least 4 rows wide, for cross-pollination and well-filled ears....more
Melons do best when grown in clusters (hills). Sow groups of 3 or 4 seeds in groups 2 ft apart when soil is thoroughly warm. One pkt. of seeds will plant 7 groups; one oz. grows 120 groups. Our best tasting early cantaloupe. Ideal for short-season areas. It bears longer than any other melon in our trials. Firm, bright salmon flesh, sweet and juicy. Round to oval, 4½" by 5", slightly ribbed with corky netting. Small seed cavity. Resists powdery mildew.
Rapidly becoming the most popular cherry tomato of all time--an amazing feat for a non-red variety. But when you taste the sweet-tart flavor you'll know why. The beautiful golden-orange fruits are borne in large clusters. The flavor develops early, so this little tomato is great for snacking a week before full maturity, when it becomes very sweet and delicious.

Garden-fresh sweet corn is summer's greatest pleasure. Plant corn in blocks at least 4 rows wide for cross-pollination and well-filled ears. A packet contains 200-250 seeds unless noted, enough for four 15 ft rows. One lb. will plant four 100 ft rows. Seeds are not treated. Supersweet Hybrid Sh2 corns can be twice as sweet as others and stay sweet for days if chilled promptly. For best taste, isolate from non-Sh kinds to stop cross-pollination. 80 days. Extraordinary size and unusually strong color...more

The large size, sweet flavor and excellent disease resistance combine to make Big Burpless the finest cucumber you'll ever grow. Burpee Exclusive. Grow in full sun in average, well-drained soil. For earlier yields, plants can be started indoors several weeks before your normal planting time.

We’ve named this flaming red pepper after Bill (Biker Billy) Hufnagle, a guy who loves hot peppers as much as we do. Biker Billy’s a freewheeling food lover, pepper gardener, vegetarian and Harley rider, whose motto is “Life’s too short for dull food.” Hot peppers, he says, offer more fun and more flavors than any other vegetable. So take your taste buds on a culinary road trip with our hot Biker Billy pepper, a jalapeno packed with rich flavor.
